- You are communicative, flexible, discrete and have a sense of initiative
- You have proven financial admin or assistant experience
- You are flexible and dynamic to keep an overview in a growing organization
- You have an analytical mind
- Attentive to detail and problem-solving skills
- You’re a skilled user of MS Office
- You’re familiar with database management and Teamleader
- You do the planning and follow-up on the agenda of our general manager
- When it comes to accountancy, you will be responsible for invoicing, verifying & processing incoming/outgoing payments
- Supporting event managers
- Administrative support for the projects
- HR administration
- Administrative onboarding of new employees
- Payroll administration
- Organization of team meetings
- Subscription management
- If possible you have a connection with the world of startups.
