We’re looking for your superpowers:

  • You are communicative, flexible, discrete and have a sense of initiative
  • You have proven financial admin or assistant experience
  • You are flexible and dynamic to keep an overview in a growing organization
  • You have an analytical mind
  • Attentive to detail and problem-solving skills
  • You’re a skilled user of MS Office
  • You’re familiar with database management and Teamleader
  • You do the planning and follow-up on the agenda of our general manager
  • When it comes to accountancy, you will be responsible for invoicing, verifying & processing incoming/outgoing payments
  • Supporting event managers
  • Administrative support for the projects
  • HR administration
  • Administrative onboarding of new employees
  • Payroll administration
  • Organization of team meetings
  • Subscription management
  • If possible you have a connection with the world of startups.
